Adventurer Dom Mee will follow in the footsteps of Sir John Ross’s ill-fated expedition of
1829 through the Northwest Passage, in a folding 17ft Klepper kayak. Starting from the
small Inuit settlement of Gjona Haven on King William Island, Dom will travel alone
and unsupported for around forty days. Dom’s 600 nautical mile voyage finishes at Pond Inlet on Baffin
Island.
